What You Need To Know About Teaching Children The Truth

When I was about 9 years old, I remember seeing a “WHITES ONLY” sign on our local laundry mat window in South Carolina. That was back when an actual person was manning the laundry-mat who hung out behind a cage to sell you the wash detergent.

As a 9-year-old, I actually thought his sign meant that you could only wash ‘white clothes’ in his laundry mat. I was confused, to say the least!

I share the entire story today, including what I said to the man when I learned what the sign really meant! (I WAS APPALLED AND FURIOUS)

God has called each one of us to be His light to the darkness all around us as we live in truth and stand for truth in our actions.

“Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.” (1 John 3:18)

Our world could use a little more love-in-action, don’t you think? What if we could teach that to our kids? How do we do that?

In today’s video, as always, I’m sharing tips to help your family thrive:

  • How you can teach your kids to stand for what is right
  • The importance of telling the truth and ways you can help your kids to ‘tell’ on themselves.
  • Why telling the truth is so essential for us as God’s children

I can only share so much in these video messages, so I created a full series called The Blessing of The Father for Families. I want to get it into your hands because you'll notice the massive difference it can make! It's a six-week set, and I made sure everyone can afford it because I want to see God's miraculous healing begin in your family.
